Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Landscape Account Manager & Sales professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving sales growth within the landscape industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales. Base salary plus commission. Responsibilities Client walk-throughs and property evaluations Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare proposals and estimates (build/design, patios, retaining walls, landscape maintenance, etc.) Managing crews and job quality Generating sales and meeting sales goals Will be required to get new jobs on your own - no cold calling, but going to businesses in person Ensuring customer satifaction Qualifications Experience in sales, technical sales, or account management within the landscaping or related industries preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly Ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and in person techniques and effective relationship management Knowledge of plants, turf, trees and hardscape preferred, but not required Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Sales ability and closing confidence
