New Business Coordinator Description:

Mid-American Wealth Advisory Group is looking for a New Business Coordinator to streamline and manage new business operations, support client onboarding, and ensure seamless coordination with our advisors. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Process new business applications Facilitate client onboarding and documentation, targeting 90%+ satisfaction Coordinate with advisors and departments to track new business cases Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and provide weekly updates Enter data into CRM/TTA systems within 2 days Prepare and process meeting folders pre/post appointments Complete account openings, transfers, transactions, and resolve issues Generate timely, accurate reports for advisor meetings

Qualifications:

Prior experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry preferred Experience with CRM software and client onboarding processes Strong organizational and documentation skills High level of integrity and professionalism College degree preferred
