Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Inside Sales/Account Manager will handle sales, account management, and subcontractor coordination. This role is responsible for growing existing business while driving new sales and supporting our snow removal operations. Duties shall include, but are not limited to: Manage and grow existing house accounts Develop new business opportunities from assigned leads Handle sales across various areas, such as deicing materials, snow services, and snow software Oversee snow removal accounts and maintain strong client relationships Recruit and manage subcontractors for snow removal services Support winter operations as an area manager or hub associate during storm events

Work Hours:

Typical work hours are Monday - Friday from 7:45AM - 5:00PM Hours may vary before, during, or after winter weather events

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Pool Member Unlimited Commission on non-subscription sales Subscription sales commissions for 24 months Required Knowledge / Skills /

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience in snow and ice management Strong sales and account management skills Ability to manage subcontractor relationships effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment Familiarity with Apple computers and operating systems

Education and Formal Training Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, or demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication without writing software

Minimum Experience:

3 years of snow and ice management experience
