A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams. The Multi-Unit Manager position will perform the following duties: Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so. Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas). Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels. Identifies opportunities for increased sales. Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity. Prepares financial management reports on key accounts. Attains sales goals for key account business. Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraise, advise, inform, recommend, suggest, etc. Prepares detailed customer analysis.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred qualifications: 1-2 years supervisor experience
