Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Manager to join our team in Madison, MS. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance while managing their evolving needs with professionalism and care. Serve as the main day-to-day contact for an assigned client portfolio, managing their insurance needs with strong attention to detail and minimal oversightLead renewal and remarketing initiatives, coordinating with carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing while providing consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structuresOversee the onboarding process for new accounts, including collection, organization, and analysis of underwriting dataTroubleshoot complex client issues efficiently by collaborating with underwriters and internal teams to deliver timely resolutionsManage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service requests with precision and careMaintain comprehensive and accurate client records in AMS360, documenting all servicing activities transparentlySupport and mentor junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environmentStay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes that impact your clientsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships through responsive communication, empathy, and strategic problem-solvingQualifications2-4 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the insurance industryProven ability to manage a book of business and develop strong, lasting client relationshipsSolid understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines, coverage forms, and insurance productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in AMS360 or comparable agency management systemsActive insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) requiredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and qualityDemonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently while remaining collaborative and supportive with team membersCustomer service excellence and a genuine commitment to client satisfactionAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
