Equipment Manager - Bitterroot Sales & Rental Front Office Management Manage and oversee daily front office operations Provide excellent customer service to rental and sales customers Answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and coordinate rental activity Maintain organized records and customer documentation Marketing & Advertising Assist with company marketing and advertising efforts Maintain and update website content Promote equipment rentals and sales through approved platforms Inventory Management Maintain and update the Equipment Rental software program Enter and update newly purchased equipment Update items available for sale and rental Ensure pricing, descriptions, and inventory status remain accurate Equipment Maintenance Coordination Coordinate with mechanics regarding repairs and maintenance Utilize Program and internal tracking systems to monitor equipment status Ensure rental equipment remains operational, clean, and customer-ready Facility & Property Appearance Responsible for maintaining professional appearance and cleanliness of: Front office Showroom Equipment yard Front lot Rental equipment Teamwork & Professionalism Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers Follow company policies and procedures
