Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and help them move forward with estate planning services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where success is driven by your ability to connect, communicate value, and follow through. Compensation and Benefits Overview Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives with On-Target Earnings of $60,000+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan matching, paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and estate planning services. We operate with a strong focus on accountability, results, and continuous improvement. A Day in the Life You will conduct consultations with prospective clients who are already interested in our services-no cold calling required. Your role is to understand their goals, guide them through their options, and help them take the next step. You will also track your results, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records. You may also present educational seminars to prospective clients. This role requires strong ownership, discipline, and the ability to consistently follow through.
Schedule and Location Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
