Job Description
CertaPro Painters is looking for a relationship builder to grow our commercial painting business. If your friends describe you as a "connector," the person who brings people together and keeps the group connected, this position may be a great fit for you. Your first job is to maintain our established relationships, stay visible, and expand our business within the companies and communities we already know. Over time, you'll also develop new accounts and help build an additional commercial market. Compensation
•Expected earnings: $75-85K+ $55,000 base salary + performance bonus Expected total compensation (base+bonus): $70,000
•75,000+ Bonus opportunity is tied to business results, including lead generation and revenue growth

•all vehicle expenses covered Client entertainment budget Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid training What you'll do: Own relationships with an established portfolio of HOA and property management clients Visit current and prospective property management offices and clients regularly Expand relationships within our client companies by developing connections and earning introductions to additional decision-makers. Stay in touch consistently, even when there isn't an immediate painting project Find opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new ones Attend networking, association, community, and occasional evening events Entertain clients through lunches, Topgolf, industry and evening events, etc. Use LinkedIn and other tools to stay connected and visible Keep CRM information updated and organized You're the relationship owner, not the estimator. When a client has a painting project, you'll bring in the appropriate Sales Associate to evaluate the project and prepare the proposal. You stay focused on the relationship. This job is a great fit if you: Enjoy meeting and talking with people Would rather be out visiting clients than sitting behind a desk Are comfortable walking into an office and introducing yourself Build genuine long-term relationships Follow up consistently and are persistent without being pushy Are organized, self-motivated, and accountable Enjoy networking and being involved in the community, including evening events Experience in commercial business development or in another relationship-driven role is a plus. Schedule & Location Full-time, primarily field-based with some office time for planning, follow-up, CRM, and staying organized. Much of your week will be spent visiting clients, attending events, networking, and building relationships. Some evening client and industry events are part of the role.
