Job Description

We aren't just selling parts; we're selling shaving seconds off lap times and confidence in the braking zone. We are looking for a high-energy candidate to join our team as Head of Sales to drive growth for our high-performance aftermarket brake product lines. You will be responsible for managing our network of distributors and support the sales strategy to drive demand from customers. What You'll Do Manage and develop relationships with key performance distributors and specialized retailers. Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Manage pricing, margins, and promotional investments to maximize profitability. Expand product penetration within existing accounts while securing new channel partnerships. Partner with customers to develop programs that increase sales, market share, and brand visibility. Ensure that customers have the right inventory and technical understanding to effectively sell our product. Design and execute cost-effective sales and marketing campaigns (social, email, grassroots events). Execute lean, high-impact marketing initiatives. Think digital content, influencer partnerships, and trackside activations that maximize ROI. Keep your pulse on the competition and the enthusiast community to identify the next big application or segment we need to dominate the market. Direct experience selling technical automotive products (brakes, suspension, forced induction, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage distributor accounts. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Willingness to travel to trade shows (SEMA/PRI), track events, and distributor sites. A "no-task-too-small" startup mentality.
