Job Description

Turret Investment Management Director of Client Impressions Position Overview Seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual who is motivated to drive business growth while delivering an exceptional client experience. This individual will serve in 2 distinct roles: leading the marketing/branding effort while also supporting the wealth consultants with administrative services. This individual will be responsible for maintaining consistent branding and messaging across ALL client touchpoints. Key Responsibilities- Marketing
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns through all modes of advertising(Social Media, charitable sponsorship, email, direct mail, etc)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and materials
  • Assist with content creation for emails, event promotions and social media
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, venues, and media partners
  • Update Statement logo design
  • Maintain contact information in CRM and email database
  • Coordinate charitable sponsorships
  • Christmas Card creation and mailing
  • Work with advertising compliance to submit and edit approved signage
  • Website Update
  • Plan & coordinate client appreciation events, educational workshops, seminars, and prospecting events Key Responsibilities- Advisor Support
  • Open and close the office daily and prepare for business operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet clients and visitors while providing a welcoming first-class experience
  • Create a flawless, welcoming atmosphere in front lobby & meeting spaces
  • Ensure refreshment station is stocked at all times
  • Prepare conference rooms and meeting materials for client appointments
  • Assemble new client welcome packages and onboarding materials, including a post account opening appreciation note
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support administrative projects as needed
  • Assist wealth consultants with special projects and operational initiatives
