Key responsibilities
Are you highly motivated and experienced? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and their families? We're looking for a Client Associate to join our team who has a strong professional presence that can confidently represent the team, build trusted relationships, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic group.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as a relationship manager for top tier clients, ensuring a high touch, personalized experience while proactively anticipating client needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver seamless client service and support internal operational workflows.
- Manage and coordinate client meeting calendars, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups.
- Oversee all aspects of client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with precision, responsiveness, and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate,anized, and up to date client records and documentation.

Your skills and experience
Licensing Requirements:
SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63, Series 65)
- Exceptional interpersonal,munication, andanizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite systems.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and care when handling sensitive client information.
