Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Account Manager - Industrial Services / Engineering Projects Dynamic Account Manager opportunity with a global industrial services organization supporting complex machinery installation, relocation, and engineering projects. This role is responsible for driving new business development, expanding existing client relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through project handoff. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, technical understanding of industrial/mechanical installation environments, and a proven ability to win and grow accounts in a service-based business. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow profitable new business opportunities within targeted industrial accounts Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service Prospect, qualify, and manage sales opportunities while promoting full project and service capabilities Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and project surveys Interpret engineering and installation requirements to develop accurate project inquiries and proposals Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution Maintain CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting Support post-project customer service and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of strong sales and/or contract management experience within industrial services, machinery installation, or mechanical engineering environments Be able to travel within the Southeastern US territory Proven track record of generating new business and growing customer accounts Experience with production equipment installation, machinery relocation, or related engineering projects Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/internal business systems
