Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and foster strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your energetic approach will drive business growth, expand existing accounts, and identify new opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic engagement. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions. Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to nurture leads and develop new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals that align with client objectives. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and progress. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies that enhance client engagement and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or inside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, and business development activities. Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, technical sales approaches, and marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced setting.
Pay:
$55,090.74 - $66,977.08 per yearBenefits:
