Sales Rep — Roofing & Solar (Setters & Closers) JAF Roofing & Solar • Powered by SunnyMac • Owens Corning Preferred Contractor
NJ, PA, DE, MD
We sell and install residential roofing and solar for brands homeowners already trust. We're hiring two types of people: Setters — Knock doors, qualify homeowners, book appointments. Avg. $5,000-$10,000/month. Closers — Run in-home appointments our setters book for you. Educate, handle objections, close. Avg. $10,000-$20,000+/month.
The deal:
$400/week draw against commissions from day one (advance, not salary — keep everything above it), or a full commission only role. No earnings cap Full training on product, pitch, and process — no roofing or solar experience needed Closers get pre-qualified appointments handed to them Real path up: top setters move into closing; top closers build and override a team.

Up to $2,000.00 per week
