Hillyard, Inc . is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Cherry Hill New Jersey area . What You'll Do Manage and grow an established sales territory with an existing customer base. Spend your days visiting customers, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow their business. Prospect for new business while expanding existing customer partnerships. Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs. Demonstrate innovative products, equipment, and cleaning solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. Prepare proposals, quotes, and recommendations that help customers achieve their business goals. Manage your sales pipeline, customer activity, and opportunities using CRM tools. Partner with service, operations, and technical support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven success in outside B2B sales or territory sales. A passion for developing long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and territory independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Consultative selling experience with a focus on solving customer problems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant sales experience.
