This position is designed for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex accounts while supporting both remarketing efforts and new business initiatives. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of accounts, and contribute immediately within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts, including mid to large-sized risks Prepare and process new business, renewals, and endorsements Review policies for accuracy, coverage gaps, and compliance Assist with remarketing accounts and renewal strategy Support new business efforts alongside producers and the Commercial Lines team Communicate with carriers to obtain competitive terms and resolve underwriting issues Handle client service requests and respond to coverage-related questions Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty license (required) Strong Commercial Lines experience in an independent agency setting Solid understanding of coverages, policy structure, and underwriting Experience working with multiple carriers and remarketing accounts High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage accounts independently and prioritize workload effectively Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Senior-level CSR or Account Manager with strong technical knowledge Proactive, reliable, and highly organized Comfortable handling complex service work and contributing to marketing efforts Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation:
Competitive and based on experience (to be finalized)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
