Job Description

Client Overview:
Our client is a leading organization within the beauty and retail industry, focused on delivering innovative products and driving growth through strong partnerships with major retail channels. •You must have hands-on experience supporting major beauty retail accounts, specifically Sephora and Ulta Beauty.
Role Overview:
The Key Account Coordinator plays a critical support role for strategic retail accounts by assisting with account operations, sales analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This position helps ensure the successful execution of business initiatives, promotional programs, and product launches while maintaining strong internal and external communication. Key Account Coordinator Responsibilities Provide operational and administrative support for key retail account activities. Develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts, business reviews, and presentation materials. Coordinate product introductions, promotional campaigns, and assortment changes with internal stakeholders. Manage item setup information, pricing updates, and promotional schedules to ensure accuracy. Monitor purchase orders, inventory status, and shipment timelines to support on-time execution. Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and retail partners to facilitate smooth communication. Collect, analyze, and report on sales trends, performance metrics, and market insights. Schedule meetings, maintain account records, and assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.
Key Account Coordinator Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, retail operations, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective communication and relationship-building abilities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Experience working with retail, consumer goods, or beauty industry accounts is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
