Key Account Manager Position Summary:

The Pinnacle Team is searching for someone who thrives on building client relationships, loves solving problems, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, shipment count and gross profit growth year over year for Key Accounts. Company KPIs and daily expectations will be outlined for this role.

Job Description:

Work cross functionally within the company to communicate and execute customers' goals Maintain and grow relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Oversee and help coordinate the full lifecycle of operations Visit with customers to identify opportunities for growth within our service offerings

Analyze Performance Metrics and Reporting Skills, Knowledge, and Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Previous account management experience (5+ years preferred) Well accustomed to a client facing role Excel in Time Management & Organizational skills Self-Motivated & Ability to Multitask Willingness and ability to travel
