We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our company and accelerate our growth through strategic business development and exceptional customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help you build lasting partnerships, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about technology sales and B2B relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities within target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule meetings, and introduce our solutions to prospective clients. Lead negotiations with clients, presenting compelling proposals that align with their business objectives while ensuring mutual value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze account performance metrics. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs, explaining product features, and demonstrating how our solutions solve their challenges. Search and look for new accounts, pay visits to their locations and follow up on the lead constantly. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop innovative strategies for business growth. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently. Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques that support lead generation and client engagement efforts. Ability to perform warm calling effectively while maintaining a professional and energetic demeanor.
