Job Description

Job Summary:
The Enhancement Specialist (ES) schedules and directs subcontractors towards providing quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. ESs also support the Account Manager(s) in estimating, scope development, and client meetings as needed, as well as sell enhancement services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts, on their own.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identifying exterior maintenance enhancement opportunities for clients. Developing written scopes of work along with planning and documenting project tasks to include timelines and budgets. Ensuring executed scopes of work are completed on-budget and on-time. Managing all required resources throughout the lifespan of the project. Effectively communicating with internal departments, contractors in the field and clients. Choose the best vendors to provide needed services and manage the agreed upon scope of work with these vendors. Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. Provide appropriate documentation, consistent with the scope of work and customer expectations. Prepare relevant documentation for invoicing and manage any invoicing disputes. Communicate with clients to ensure account satisfaction and professionally handle any customer complaints. Our ideal candidate should exhibit the following: Self-managed, with the ability to work with and through a team. Values building a trusted relationship with vendors and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word with a strong emphasis on Excel. Working knowledge of commercial irrigation systems and exterior maintenance services. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills. Comfort in gathering information and making decisions. Interested in learning and growing within their career and motivated by success. Strong drive for results. Disciplined with strong attention to detail. Concern for delivering work on time and to the client's satisfaction. A creative thinker who uses outside-the-box ideas for problem solving. Understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
