Our customers can focus on what they do best and trust us to do what we do best." — Russell Leo, CEO What You'll Do Manage customer freight from pickup through final delivery, start to finish Build and grow customer relationships through ongoing communication and regular business reviews Negotiate rates and secure carriers to maximize service and profitability Optimize routes, freight, and vehicle capacity for the best outcomes Supervise and support Account Coordinators to keep customers and carriers satisfied Bring market insight to every customer and carrier negotiation Use independent judgment to approve credit and debit adjustments Help evaluate, interview, and screen Carrier Support team members Meet or exceed the performance metrics set by management What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of transferable professional experience 1+ year of freight brokerage experience Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) a plus, but not required A mindset built on our core values: Be Humble, Stay Hungry, Live Smart Why You'll Love It Here Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Team member recognition awards Real education, development, and growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company A fast-paced, challenging environment where your work makes a visible difference
