Operations & Client Relations Coordinator FlexHub Paterson, NJ Job Details Contract $700 - $750 a week 21 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication English Administrative experience QuickBooks Warehouse experience Account management Office experience Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations & Client Relations Coordinator to join our team! This role supports day-to-day administrative operations and client-facing customer service within a fast-paced ecommerce and fulfillment environment. You will be serving as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and software integration partners to support onboarding, fulfillment, and account management processes. Duties Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding products, services, onboarding, and fulfillment operations Distribute customer applications and assist with account setup for prospective clients Coordinate and schedule software integration meetings between customers and third-party integration providers Act as a liaison between clients and integration teams to ensure successful ecommerce platform connectivity Prepare outbound shipments and assist with fulfillment operations when needed Arrange carrier pickups and coordinate shipment logistics Conduct inventory checks and maintain inventory-related records Send invoices and assist with light bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Assist with client outreach and follow-up communications via email Utilize ecommerce and operational platforms to manage customer accounts, fulfillment activity, and inventory tracking Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications to support daily administrative operations Support cross-functional warehouse and office operations in a startup-style environment Assist with live stream ecommerce auctions on platforms such as Whatnot, including behind-the-scenes operational and logistical support Create, review, and approve promotional offer deals for distribution within customer communities and group channels Help manage CRM and sales pipeline organization Preferred Qualifications Experience in administrative support, customer service, or ecommerce operations Familiarity with ecommerce and fulfillment platforms Basic QuickBooks and invoicing experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
