In this role, you'll work alongside our technicians, meet with homeowners, present solutions, and help ensure every project meets our standards. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners Review technician recommendations Present repair and upgrade options Follow up on proposals Support technicians in the field Help maintain quality control Coordinate with the office and installation team Deliver an outstanding customer experience We're Looking For Leadership experience Strong communication skills Professionalism Ownership and accountability Coachable mindset Goal-oriented attitude Experience in electrical or another home service industry is a plus.
