POSITION SUMMARY
\n Achieve your volume and marketing objectives through the efficient management of your accounts & by leading a team of new business representatives. \n \n
RESPONSIBILITIES
\n The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required for this position will vary. \n \n Management of all aspects of key account management including customer maintenance, accounts receivable, pricing architecture, item authorization setup, quarterly business reviews, etc. \n Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. \n Lead, coach & develop frontline sales team to drive success in given customer segment. \n Achieve new business goals through your team. \n Develop alongside the Sr. Director of Retail monthly & annual contract and promotional programming for given customer universe. \n Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. \n Understand the market opportunities with deep channel expertise. \n Manage annual commitments to contracted customers including pricing & programming. \n Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. \n Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. \n Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams \n Evaluates ROI prior to recommending POS or customized solutions. \n Deliver pre-established targets. \n Deliver annual budget for your accounts. \n Develop and execute account specific programs. \n Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts. \n Increase authorization/distribution of all packages and products. \n Follow-up all key account calls with a call summary. \n Performs other duties as required. \n \n \n
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION
\n \n Bachelor's Degree in related field and 7 years Sales/Marketing Management experience; OR 10 years Sales/Marketing Management experience. \n Must maintain a valid Driver's License. \n Related training or certification. \n Experience working in a team environment. \n \n \n
COMPENSATION RANGE
