The Opportunity As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the backbone of daily operations — ensuring our advisors and clients are supported with exceptional service and efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll gain exposure to the inner workings of wealth management, with opportunities to grow into operations, client service, or advisory support roles as your experience develops. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for clients — professional, responsive, and always one step ahead Support advisors by managing scheduling, documentation, and client follow-up with accuracy and discretion Prepare client materials and assist in meeting preparation Process new account paperwork and oversee transactions to ensure timely completion Maintain and organize client records with attention to compliance and data integrity Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Manage day-to-day office operations with proactive problem-solving and initiative What You Bring 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services or professional client-facing environments Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting A polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred) Three professional references

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
