We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business, expand key accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. What You'll Do
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate new business through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Position IVCi's full portfolio of AV, collaboration, and managed services solutions
  • Lead client conversations, presentations, and executive engagements
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to deliver winning solutions
  • Support RFP responses and strategic bid opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and timely proposals, documentation, and client deliverables
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and manufacturer solutions What We're Looking For Required
  • 5+ years of AV, technology, or solutions-based sales experience
  • Strong business development and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value Preferred
  • Experience in audiovisual integration or collaboration technologies
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and RFP processes
  • Industry certifications or technical training
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology and digital workplace solutions What Makes You Successful
