Account Representative:

Represent Verizon professionally while working directly with customers Build and maintain positive customer relationships Help customers with enrollment, account setup, and service information Follow up with customers and provide ongoing support when needed Maintain accurate customer information and account details Communicate customer feedback and account needs with the team Participate in team training and development to strengthen customer and account management skills
