Account Manager

Sims-Lohman is currently accepting resumes from Account Managers with Production Builder experience for our Columbus showroom. In addition to cabinet sales and our local distribution network, we fabricate granite, quartz, solid surface, laminate and cultured marble counter-tops. Our client base is focused on the professional builder, ranging in scale from large production builders to renowned custom builders and re-modelers. Account Manager will perform the following activities: Design and Estimating of Kitchen and Bathrooms for new or existing clients
Creating and submitting bids within builder portals
Order entry and customer service follow-up
Project management with builders and remodelers
Job-site installation monitoring and follow-up Job Requirements 3+ years experience sales, design, and customer service experience within the cabinetry industry, and preferably with high volume production builders.
20/20 experience required as some customers require completing layouts and designs of kitchen and bathrooms for production and custom home builders.
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to lead a project
Skilled proficiency in spreadsheets and word documents
High energy in demonstrating a passion for the customer
