Job DescriptionJob Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and developing a strong foundation in client account management. As a Junior Account Representative, you will support senior account managers in maintaining client satisfaction, managing communications, and driving sales growth. ResponsibilitiesAssist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and deliver solutions.

Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and account status.

QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
