Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Supervisor to lead a team focused on lease renewals. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and guide your team in proactively engaging customers to renew lease agreements, minimizing losses, and supporting long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team responsible for servicing lease agreements with a focus on renewals and charge off avoidance Oversee outbound and inbound customer interactions aimed at securing lease renewals and resolving delinquent accounts. Monitor team performance against key metrics Provide coaching, training, and ongoing feedback to improve team effectiveness and customer engagement Review and handle escalated accounts, developing solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure alignment and efficiency. Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve processes, scripts, and customer outreach strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in lease servicing, collections, or account management Prior supervisory or leadership experience required. Strong understanding of lease agreements, delinquency management, and customer retention strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to analyze performance data and drive results through team leadership Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suites
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm EST with the exception of one assigned late night with a shift of 12pm-9pm
EST. 1-2
Saturdays a month 9am-6pm EST.
