Essential Responsibilities:
This position plans, coordinates, and executes sales activities for assigned accounts to maximize equipment sales and customer satisfaction. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manage the entire technical sale process from prospecting to delivering an installed solution, cultivating references and following up on leads.

Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and manage the sales process from prospecting through installation and follow up.

Prepare and submit quotes, and support issue resolution through company CRM and systems.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and select distributor relationships.

Plan and organize daily activities to service accounts, obtain orders, and call on existing or potential sales within assigned customer accounts.

Interacts with customer by informing client of product, offerings, pricing, and order status.

Collaborate with Contracts Department on contract issuance, service agreements and service delivery process.

Maintain strong professional and technical knowledge of product.

Responsible for managing key accounts and limited distributors.

Provide administrative support, including handling rollover calls and completing internal documentation as needed.
