Role:
The Supervisor in Training position is designed to develop future leaders within the Automotive industry. This role focuses on equipping candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage teams and enhance customer satisfaction. The primary end result is to ensure that all team members are performing at their best while delivering exceptional service to clients. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the Supervisor in Training will learn to implement best practices and drive operational excellence. Ultimately, this position aims to prepare individuals for a successful transition into a supervisory role, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, even in a volunteer capacity.
Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily operations of the team to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Participate in training sessions to learn effective team management and conflict resolution techniques.

Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to enhance productivity.

Collaborate with senior supervisors to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the team is meeting those expectations.
