Annual Compensation:

$50,000-$55,000

Position Summary:

Entourage Freight Solutions is seeking a Weekend Account Manager to work in a third-party logistics/truck brokerage environment. Drive, resilience, self-motivation, and strategic thinking are necessary qualities that the ideal candidate for this role will possess.

Responsibilities:

Inbound and outbound calls on the weekend to ensure that shipments are covered with proper transportation services. Manage and maintain current customer accounts. Track shipments from pickup to delivery through effectively communicating with the carrier. Work with the carrier to obtain any invoices or BOL's and prepare these for the sales team. Ensure all contacts and rate confirmations are accurate and secure. Verify accuracy of the sale, freight, carrier information, etc. Responsible for obtaining BOL's and invoices from the carrier of choice and ensuring these are successfully received by accounting. Build and retain meaningful relationships with accounts/customers.
