The company provides training for pilots, technicians and other aviation professionals from 167 countries and independent territories. FlightSafety operates the world's largest fleet of advanced full-flight simulators and award-winning maintenance training at Learning Centers and training locations in the United States, Canada, France and the United Kingdom. Purpose of Position Independently supports control account management activities including forecasting, cost tracking, schedule coordination, variance analysis, reporting, and operational performance support activities. Supports performance visibility, forecast accuracy, baseline integrity, and reporting consistency, baseline integrity, and compliance requirements across assigned programs or operational areas. Tasks and Responsibilities Perform control account tracking, forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule coordination activities. Support variance analysis, baseline maintenance, reporting accuracy, and operational performance visibility. Maintain forecasting data, cost reports, schedule updates, and EVMS documentation activities. Coordinate reporting activities across Program Controls, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and functional stakeholders. Support monthly performance reporting, forecasting cycles, and operational review activities. Identify reporting inconsistencies, forecasting risks, and schedule concerns while escalating complex issues appropriately. Support variance resolution tracking, forecast recovery analysis, and performance improvement activities. Maintain accountability for reporting accuracy, data integrity, and compliance requirements. Support audit readiness, governance activities, and operational reporting requirements. Minimum Education Associate degree preferred in business, finance, accounting, operations management, program management, or related field. Experience in
