Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our innovative team. Duties Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account potential Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively Develop tailored solutions by understanding client needs, leveraging marketing insights and technological expertise Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver comprehensive solutions Analyze account performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery Skills Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals in B2B sales environments Strong business development acumen to identify growth opportunities and build new partnerships Expertise in marketing strategies and technology sales to effectively communicate product value propositions Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client information and sales pipelines Technical sales experience, particularly within technology sectors, is highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate clients, and drive results in a competitive landscape
