This highly external-facing role is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market visibility, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders including property managers, facility directors, and business owners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution, managing the full business development cycle while ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through project completion. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to identify new markets, clients, and revenue streams. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement and personalized communication. Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze client data for targeted outreach. Collaborate with Commercial team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns that attract new business opportunities. Oversee project management activities related to client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing support to ensure seamless execution. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of market developments. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations within a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and marketing initiatives. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences. Knowledge of customer relationship management principles and tools to enhance client engagement strategies.
