We're seeking a polished, relationship-driven Outside Landscape Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to developing new business and closing complex, design-build estate projects ranging from $250K to $1M+. Experienced:
Previous account management, property management, or client-facing service experience preferred (landscape or construction industry experience a plus). What You'll Do Generate qualified opportunities that result in signed design agreements. Successfully convert design clients into signed construction contracts. Maintain annual design and construction revenue goals established by the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline visibility within Aspire. Ensure proper use of the Business Development opportunity tag for all originated opportunities. Maintain active participation in strategic networking channels. Deliver the GRO Experience at every client interaction. Maintain measurable weekly activity levels including meetings, introductions, and pipeline development. Build strong, long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals. Represent GRO at client meetings and community events with professionalism and care. Why GRO?
