Allent own, PA (In-Office) - moving to Quakertown PA by May 2027 Rotho Blaas is a global leader in solutions for mass timber construction. We are expanding our U.S. team and seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Allentown, PA office. This is an in-office role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. You will also support our outside sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

IF YOU ARE

: 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience . Excellent phone and email communication skills . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred. Ability to quickly learn technical product details.

IF YOU WANT TO

: Customer Service & Order Handling Answer incoming calls and emails promptly. Provide product, pricing, and availability information. Enter and process orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems. Quoting & Follow-Up Prepare and send customer quotations. Track status of quotes (pending, won, lost). Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities. Sales Team Support Support outside sales with order and client follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in CRM and project trackers. Help qualify leads before passing them to technical sales reps. Pipeline & Reporting Keep project and quote pipeline trackers updated. Provide reporting on customer activity, order status, and sales metrics.
