Full Job Description Role Brief:
As a VIP Account Manager Team Leader, you will lead a team of dedicated account managers responsible for providing personalized and exceptional service to our high-value VIP clients. Your primary focus will be on managing and fostering strong relationships with these key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, retaining VIP customers, and enhancing their loyalty to the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the team and individual performance, technical, and skills development. Lead and inspire the team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and success. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and promote collaboration among team members. Monitoring and reporting on team KPIs. Work closely with Account Managers to develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, needs, and pain points. Manage a VIP group, keeping a strong relationship with your users. Implement strategies to improve client retention and increase account growth and revenue. Analyze account performance data and client feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations on the team's performance, key metrics, and achievements for senior management. Act as a point of contact for escalated issues from VIP clients, handling critical situations with professionalism and urgency. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on the client relationship.
Requirements:
Deep understanding/interest in games/real-money online gaming field - Must Previous experience within an Account Manager role High-level multitasking Data, target & sales driven Customer focused Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Mother tongue in English Positive attitude and excitement to learn more Must be able to work the following schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm.
