OVERVIEW NPC
has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team and support our continued growth! If you are a client-focused, highly organized professional who excels at building strong customer relationships while coordinating effectively across internal teams, this may be the perfect role for you. ABOUT As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and driving long-term business growth. You'll own the customer relationship end-to-end—leading onboarding, supporting pricing initiatives, and ensuring smooth implementation through cross-team collaboration. Backed by Customer Service and Operations, you'll focus on strategic relationship management, serve as the primary escalation contact, and identify opportunities to expand and strengthen each account. This role requires strong communications skills, commercial awareness, project coordination ability, sound judgments, and the confidence to manage escalations and strategic customer conversations. You must be proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, growth-minded and capable of serving as both the voice of the customer internally and a trusted advisor externally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service. Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts, orders, or commercial relationships. Proven ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into accurate internal actions (quoting, scheduling, order updates, issue resolution). Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support customer requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and make recommendations or anticipate customer needs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams. A track record of building strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
