Job Description

## Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly skilled individual to perform as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Meridian program's Enterprise Integration Team. As a Software Engineering Cost Account Manager, you will:
  • Establish and assess progress multiple Control Accounts (CA) and Work Packages (WP)
  • Define and assess completion of scope against the work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure in accordance with Agile planning and program integrated master schedule
  • Plan, assign and determine program performance based on earned value techniques, using Agile processes
  • Ensure time phased budget reflects contractual requirements
  • Review data for supporting cost and schedule analysis, including identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
  • Supply status and updates to the program schedule and Jira planning
  • Provide objective progress assessments to the program stakeholders
  • Prepare/approve/accept Work Authorizations Documents
  • Lead and coordinate technical product development and reviews through the design lifecycle ## Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technical discipline or closely related field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience with Cost Account Management and/or Earned Value Management
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance ## Desired Skills

  • Experience with Software Engineering Process
  • Experience with program planning
  • Experience preparing Basis of Estimates
  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed manner, work independently, and leverage best practices

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
