Status :
Exempt As a Client Relationship Associate Apollon Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch wealth management services to our valued clients and financial advisors.
Responsibilities:
Provide back-office support for investment operations and assist with client accounts from opening to ongoing servicing, including setting up accounts, collecting documents, and offering general support to advisors, relationship managers, and clients. Document and track tasks to completion and provide updates to Advisors. Answer client calls and general phone and email inquiries. Perform follow-up tasks based on client meetings and inquiries as delegated by Advisors. Collaborate with advisors, back office staff, and other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience. Ensure all activities and processes conform to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Maintain office organization and efficient office operations by managing supplies and inventory.
Skills and Experience:
3+ years recent industry experience (preferred) Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred) Knowledge of custodial platforms, specifically Fidelity (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Suite Applications (required) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and trust LdbboPrxFQ
