We provide outpatient and community-based behavioral health services for individuals of all ages. About the Program Supervisor Role The Program Supervisor currently supervises 6 graduate and bachelor level professionals within the Family Based Services department providing administrative and direct client support. The Program Supervisor is responsible for verifying staff and team compliance with all applicable State, County, and agency policies and regulations; meeting performance metrics, coordinating on-call schedules, track referrals and represent the department at meetings within and outside the agency. Complete regular performance evaluations for staff. Verify that staff are meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide weekly supervision to staff and additional supervision as needed. Complete in-home psychosocial evaluations Complete paperwork to obtain authorizations for insurance. Manage FSF funds to be distributed to families in need Participate in required trainings and professional development activities. Train new employees in the department on the FBS model. Communicate and work collaboratively with consumers, families, agency staff, and referral sources. Collaborate with staff from external agencies. Assist with resource collaboration to support staff in meeting client needs. Assist with community collaboration to obtain and strengthen client referrals. Assist with other departmental and agency tasks as needed. Qualifications Education A Program Supervisor will have: A Master degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, or education Experience & Skills 3 years direct care experience working with children required 2 years supervisory experience in in a program serving children required Strong interpersonal skills with a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach Comfortable with digital tools and basic technology use (tablets, phones, computers etc.) Computer exposure to EHR systems is helpful. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Other Requirements Valid Driver's license and a good driving record. Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law. Clearances In accordance with state regulations, all prospective new employees/contractors must provide originals for photocopying of the following before starting: All clearances must be within 3 years of hire date for adult positions and 1 year of hire date for Children based positions.
