Essential Functions:
Assess the well-being of clients and mitigate any identified risk with direct supervisor and other appropriate team members. Supervise and support assigned staff to assure that each child and family receives services in accordance with state regulations, contract requirements, Council on Accreditation (COA) requirement and The Bair Foundation's policies and procedures. Conduct evaluations of employees under their supervision, and makes appropriate recommendations to report to Director. Ensure staff meet productivity requirements, if applicable. Ensure budgeted program goals are met. Receive client referrals and assign them to staff for service provision. Supervise service planning process and progress of clients to assure staff providing the services are meeting the expectation of the referral agency. Assure all critical incidents are resolved and documented appropriately. Maintain positive relationships with referral agencies through regular communication and personal visits. Become proficient in the parenting curriculums to develop and enhance employees and family skill level. Responsible for being certified in all assessment tools utilized in the program. Maintain a caseload, supervise visits and transportation as needed
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field. Two years of experience in Human Services. One year supervisory experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration
