Job Description

We're hiring a Entry Level Account Representative to support daily sales operations, assist with customer account management, and train directly under our senior leadership. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity that will allow you to gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, and business development. The Entry Level Account Representative will work alongside experienced team leads to qualify customers, recommend sales services, and support business development goals. If you're reliable, people-focused, and looking to grow in a customer-facing and sales-driven environment, this role is built to help you start strong.
Entry Level Account RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:
Assist senior team members with daily customer outreach, lead sales follow-up, and account activity Support sales presentations, help explain product features, and assist with sales service enrollments Help manage customer relationships through clear communication and timely follow-ups Participate in planning and executing weekly team outreach and business campaigns Provide general support across sales, customer service, and team operations Ensure all assigned tasks meet compliance, quality, and performance expectations
Entry Level Account Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer interaction skills Comfortable working in a team-based sales environment Organized, motivated, and ready to manage time and priorities Experience in sales, customer service, or business support is a plus (not required) This in-office position operates out of our primary location in Scranton and services the surrounding areas including Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Dunmore, and the surrounding area.
