Piscataway, NJ About the Role RangTech is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry. This role is focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the IT staffing domain. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers by identifying and developing business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach. Schedule and lead client meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions. Drive revenue growth within assigned territory/region by securing new business. Collaborate closely with internal teams and peers to foster a positive, high-performing team environment. Represent RangTech at client meetings, local networking, and industry events to expand market presence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of proven experience in the IT staffing industry (IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, SOW). Strong background in sales, business development, and account management. Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships with a customer-first approach. Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and mid-term planning skills. Ability to travel for client meetings.
Compensation Base salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 On-target earnings: $150,000+ (including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives) Final compensation will vary based on location, skills, and experience.
