This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a solid foundation in business analytics who can drive continuous process improvement while cultivating high-value account relationships. Due to significant industry growth, we are looking for a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data driven environment and is eager to leverage their full skill set in account development, operational oversight, and supplier performance management.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Oversee vendor accounts while fostering productive, professional relationships. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maintain a steady flow of supply. Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging industry trends Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and suppliers Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence Assist accounts with claims resolution, billing inquiries, policy updates, and payment options Perform invoice reconciliation and auditing to ensure billing accuracy and contractual compliance Conduct onsite supplier visits to evaluate operational performance, strengthen partnerships, and identify improvement opportunities Evaluate supplier performance metrics and lead performance reviews and strategic discussions to drive accountability and continuous improvement Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level expectations Provide consistent reporting and updates on account performance, sales activities, and KPIs Attend conferences and industry events to expand professional network and market presence as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or supplier relationship management Experience with CRM platforms Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to analyze market data, performance metrics, and financial reporting Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex account relationships Experience in technical or solution-based sales is a plus Ability to proactively engage potential clients and build lasting partnerships 4+ years of relevant professional experience required Ability to travel up to 50%
