This role will focus on managing key customer accounts, driving new business opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives within the commercial vehicle industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay ahead of market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and present findings to management. Gather customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to address product or service improvements and enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities. Attend customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and training workshops as needed. QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred. Technical background is highly desired. Professional Experience 3+ years of previous experience in sales, account management, or related field. Commercial vehicle, heavy-duty truck, aftertreatment, or fabrication industry experience preferred. Proven experience managing customer relationships within automotive or off-road industries. Strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competition. Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Mobility Up to 20-30% travel, including domestic and occasional international travel.
