We rent tools and heavy equipment to homeowners and contractors, helping them successfully complete their projects. This is a unique, hands-on position that combines customer service, equipment operation, maintenance, and teamwork. While your daily responsibilities will have a consistent structure, the variety of customer needs, projects, and changing priorities ensures no two days are exactly alike. Customer Service & Rental Operations Welcome customers with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude. Answer phone calls and assist customers with rental questions. Help customers select the right tools and equipment for their projects. Create rental contracts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Complete equipment check-ins and check-outs using inspection software. Demonstrate proper and safe equipment operation to customers. Equipment & Yard Responsibilities Inspect, clean, and prepare equipment for its next rental. Perform routine maintenance, including pressure washing, greasing, checking fluids, and general upkeep. Safely operate equipment to verify proper functionality. Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility. Teamwork & Daily Operations Take initiative and stay productive without needing constant direction. Support teammates wherever help is needed. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures. Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. Monday-Friday:

6:30 AM-5:00

PM Saturday:

6:30 AM-3:00 PM Our full-time team members typically work four days per week, averaging 40 hours.

Availability Requirements:

Must be available to work scheduled shifts during our operating hours. Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month. Additional hours and Saturday shifts may be required during busier seasons. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and schedule communication are essential. Position Requirements Ability to reliably commute to 620 Harding Road, Morton, IL 61550. Ability to work on-site in a physically active environment. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely assist with equipment handling, loading, unloading, and maintenance. Safety-toe footwear required.
