Account Manager

Location:

Hybrid position, office based in either Gloucester MA or Norfolk VA. Includes occasional travel around the US and Canada.

Salary:

Starting salary (dependent on experience): $50,000 to $56,000 a year, plus uncapped commission (OTE $65,000 to $75,000). About Citrus-Lime Citrus-Lime is an exciting high-growth SaaS business providing a Cloud-based POS system to small and mid-sized retailers. We compete and win against large tech giants. We are profitable and growing fast with within the United States, whilst continuing to expand in the UK and Europe. We've revolutionized the way that UK cycle retail works and helped SME companies compete and succeed against larger businesses. Following our successful rollout into the US market in 2022, we are looking to grow our US team. As an Account Manager in our Success Team, you will play a crucial role in empowering retailers to achieve success with Citrus-Lime products and services. This dynamic role blends sales to existing customers with account management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Ability to maintain and develop positive client relationships over time. Good understanding of retail, both in-store and online. Talented salesperson, continuously seeking new opportunities with existing clients. A problem-solver who can effectively co-ordinate with others to deliver outcomes. Driven to exceed daily expectations and thrive under pressure. Curious and eager to learn. Excellent communicator with both customers and colleagues. Quick to adapt to new software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics and Ads, and of course Citrus-Lime Cloud POS. Willingness to travel around the US and Canada to visit clients.

Beneficial:
